The Apprentice and the Vortex

Drek is recently apprenticed to Boglin, the most powerful wizard in all of Glamaddon, and is about to begin his training in the magical arts. Unfortunately, the country is afflicted by a lethargy spell, amplified by a magical vortex, before he can start. Boglin must track down the wizard responsible for this crime before the population dies from a complete absence of any desire to save themselves.
The quest takes Boglin and his apprentice far from the safety of Glamaddon and into the wild and uncivilised lands of the east, where they face dangers they could never have foreseen. Only Boglin’s unparalleled skills, and Drek’s emerging talent, can restore the country’s desire for self-preservation and allow Drek to fulfil his true destiny.
