This short poem is dedicated to all the women I've encountered in my life who insist that being raped is the worst thing that could possibly happen to them. From someone who was date raped in her life, I can tell you...It's not!
ETA 9/5/17 What started out as a poem has now grown to something more. The poem now has a twisted short story as a companion piece. It was inspired by all the women who have given negative reviews.
