This book was written as a result of my personal weight loss experience. The changes are simple and easy to incorporate into your daily routine no matter how busy your lifestyle. At the end of the book, you will find a grocery shopping list, a few recipes, and information about a Pilates video that I recommend to tone muscles. In my late forties, I began putting on fat around my mid-section and thighs. In spite of all of the diets and over-the-counter weight loss pills, I was not able to shed more than a few pounds but was determined to keep trying. After much effort and many, many failing diet plans, I developed a plan that worked for me and made it lifestyle change.
