Kate Dickinson Sweetser (died 1939) was an American author known in her time for writing juvenile fiction and compilations.

This book of girl-life, portrayed by this great author, is presented with the same underlying motive as those of boy-life, and have been compiled in the same manner, with the same purpose in view.
