The Land Reform Programme gathers momentum. The Indigenous Black citizens invade commercial farms where White farmers are forcibly removed from their properties. The chaotic invasions have repercussions of turning the country from the Bread Basket of the Continent into a net importer of grain. Even industries begin closing down, thanks to the fast tracked Act of Indigenisation Programme where firms are forced to cede fifty one percent of their shares to the local people.

As the Veld fire spreads all over the country, two former Engineers, Gibson and Phillip, who had emigrated to Australia, plan of halting it. In pursuant of their idea, they travel to South Africa, where they abduct the university students to force the Zimbabwean Authorities to rethink their actions.

The Roman Catholic Church, through Father Antonio, is sucked into the frail. The Abductors demand for the repeal of two draconian Acts, namely, The Land Reform Programme and The Indigenous Acts. On the other hand, the Authorities engage two North Korean Agents to help them track down the abductors and release the missing students. To make matters worse, the South African Police is unwilling to take up the case. They allege the missing of people is a daily occurrence that shouldn`t unravel the feathers. Would the Foreign Agents in a foreign country manage to secure the release of the students without compromising the two Acts? Only time would tell.
