Don’t apologize for being who you are. Don’t apologizing for existing. Don’t apologize for wanting a good life. Don’t apologize for wanting to love or to be loved.

It’s not that you don’t say sorry, because you will screw up and you should apologize when you do. It’s not that you don’t need to learn or grow, because you’re not perfect and there’s always room to improve. It’s not that you’re always right…because you will be wrong from time to time, so own up to it.

The point is that you have intrinsic value.

If your parents never taught you this, let me explain to you like I’ve told all my own children, because this is essential for you to understand to be emotionally free.

It doesn’t matter if you’re popular, attractive, wealthy, smart, talented or popular. It doesn’t matter what people say, do, accuse you of or blame you for. You have worth just because you exist.

Once you realize and accept this simple fact, you’ll be able to stand on your own feet and start becoming the person you were meant to be.

Trust me, it’s AWEsome.

Discover who you are. Discover what you believe in. Discover what you want…and find your voice!
