Anthony served in the United States Army for over 23 years. He flew over 1,800 flight hours as pilot-in-command in the most prestigious helicopter, known as the Apache AH64D. He saved many lives by providing aerial reconnaissance and protection for American soldiers during his tours in Iraq. He provided aerial security for convoys from Improvised Explosive Devices. Mr. Fisher earned several awards including two Air medals, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Joint Commendation Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal. He was featured on Channel 4 as Jacksonville, FL's Military Hero. In this book, Anthony explains how to overcome any obstacles when Stacked Against The Odds. He shares his life story as he has triumphed over many adversities on his journey to success. Today, Anthony is a BSN Registered Nurse working at Jacksonville University as a Clinical Lab Instructor. There, he teaches and mentors students to be self-assured, competent, and professional nurses. He is currently pursuing a MSN in Education. Anthony and his wife Cherica currently live in Jacksonville, FL and have five children.
