Spiritual Teachings for Young Souls

Beginners teachings about core metaphysical concepts and spiritual practice for ages around 12-15. Helps kids to gain a more solid footing during this difficult time in their lives. Kind of like a self help Mind Body Spirit book. This book is deliberately shortened to accomodate a young persons attention span and attempts to convey as much important information in that short time span as possible. Chapters include: God, In The Beginning, Your Soul, Reincarnation, Prayer and Meditation, Your Body, Your Mind, People. Concepts include: God as the Source of our souls and of everything around us, knowing and feeling their connection to their soul, (our divinity) and to all other souls, helping kids to respond to negativity in the world around them in a positive way through understanding, helping them to know they are a unique and powerful soul in the perfect body for accomplishing whatever they need to accomplish in this life. This work can also be used as a starting point for parents wishing to begin approaching their children about spiritual practice.
