Why write a book about the spiritual path to life? Well when I read John 10:10 Jesus says. “The thief comes but to kill, steal and destroy, but I (Jesus) have come that thy may have life and that much more abundantly” so why isn’t every believer in Jesus Christ living the abundant life? Well when I ask that question, I thought of my mother the most wonderful mother a person could have. She raised seven children by herself, and all seven children are very successful, two obtaining doctorate degrees. My mother loved God but she held unforgiveness, bitterness, and resentment all of her life because of things that happen in her youth. So many believers I meet are suffering from the same problem of unforgiveness because they will not let go of the past, and they blame everyone else for their present situations in their lives. They have placed all of these negative influences in their lives and they shift the blame to other people so they do not have to face the truth. Other people are not your problem, no! The enemy you will find in this life is the person you see in the mirror. The problem your life is so miserable and unfulfilling is that you will not allow yourself to trust God and be responsible for your life. My friend admits it that you had a part of your failed relationships, that you chose to go to college or not to go to college. You chose your mate, and you chose the neighborhood that you live in.
