Sparkly Bits of Spiritual Wisdom

During one of the most difficult times of her life, (the death of her husband of 35 years,) the author was given a wonderful opportunity to write a weekly column (Following the Spiritual Soul) for a small South Carolina newspaper. “Sparkly Bits of Spiritual Wisdom,” is a collection of those monthly columns. After her husband’s death she was lost, alone, and heartbroken. She had lost her high school sweetheart, her lover, her best friend, and her heart’s inspiration. You see, her joy in life was but a distant memory. She struggled with her grief, and tried desperately to put the pieces of her broken heart back together. Her writing was the only thing that kept her going, it gave her life meaning and purpose. An amazing thing happened as she wrote her column, she felt closer to the spirit world than she had ever felt before.
