Adam Schwartz holds a diplomatic passport, and identifies himself as a State Department employee.  In reality, he is security for the upper offices of the world's most elite organization.  Members who own and control the majority of the world's governments.  They may indeed seek to implement the words on the Georgia Guidestones.
The reality of the Georgia Guidestones cannot be denied.  Their source and reason for existence are a mystery.
While examining the Guidestones, Adam's life is redirected to a single word.  He meets Dr. Hope Ljungwe, who is training in the treatment of people struck by lightning.  Her life's journey takes a left turn when she treats Adam.
Thomas may be an old priest.  His appearance is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery - and he is the enigma as he becomes the mentor to Adam and Hope.
Thomas recruits Adam to join “the Council” which seeks to preclude a worldwide attack on over 500 million computers.  This threat is real, and this story details what must be done to prevent an attack.  The US Congress has ignored this warning.
“Sovereignty” is both the prequel and sequel to “Congressional Acts of 2015,” but it is a different story.  James E. Grant and Sally Smith's lives become intertwined with those of Adam, Hope, and Thomas.  All five become involved with the restoration of our nation's sovereignty.
