When humans die, their souls are transformed into living skeletons on an extraterrestrial planet called Ghostia. After four hundred years of military preparation, Lord Ghost, the leader of the skeletons decides to wage war against man in order to conquer earth and subjugate the human race.
The skeletons decide to carry out two preliminary raids on earth before the final day of attack. The first raid occurs at the CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia where a group of highly trained skeleton warriors invades the headquarters on a mission to obtain all the intelligence information that is stored there. The skeletons take man by surprise and despite several panicked attempts by the US Army to stop them, they are able to succeed in all their operations, thanks to their next generation fighter aircraft which out maneuver the fighter planes of the US Airforce.
In the second raid, another group of skeleton warriors is sent on earth to collect seven living scientists whom the they plan to use in their weapon manufacturing processes. These skeletons once again carry out a series of attacks in different parts of the world which involve severe brutalities on humans as they struggle to get the seven scientists.
In USA, as the skeletons attempt to kidnap two married scientists from one university in California, they encounter a specially trained Navy SEALS Team which engages them in an intense close quarter combat. The skeletons are nearly defeated though they manage to escape away with the two scientists.
On the final day of attack, thousands of these skeletons with very advance weapon systems, invade the US with the aim of using her military advantage to subjugate the whole world. They engage man in an aerial, land, sea, biological, chemical and electronic warfare and are able to take over several strategic points of the US Army in a short time.
However, in the midst of this battle, another group of skeletons from the same planet but under different leaders called the Ghoes comes to man's rescue. It is later revealed that these skeletons have not only come to rescue man but also to seek revenge against Lord Ghost who had usurped their powers as leaders of Ghostia, thousands of years before!
