Sixteen Years of Dust

Hundreds of thousands of people fled the country when the civil war began fifteen years ago. The rich, the poor, the smugglers, the pimps, and the whores fled. But they all have one thing in common. Each of them has had a loved one killed or kidnapped or maimed, and all of them carry this around with them. They cant run away from it, wherever they go. And what has this war accomplished? Nothing. Sixteen years for nothing, just the country crumbling to dust.
