Seven Self-Healing Experiments
You can do at home (6700 words not including backmatter)

Self-healing means undertaking self-development. The original meaning of healing was “to return to wholeness.” Any exercise-experiment where the user intends to gain and grow as a person, to gradually redeem the wholeness of the "bigger you," is self-healing; and, can be considered Goethean Science.

Q: Then yoga and meditation are self-healing?

A: Yes, tho, in Goethean Science literature since the 1980s, you mostly hear about redeeming oneness with Nature and Creation thru color and plant study. Same difference, I say. Holistic self-healing of any kind appears to be the primary activity of Goethean Holistic Science, if you like the above broader definition.
