Elastos tries to spy on the Fraternity’s activity and he is spotted by them and they attack him and seriously injure him, and the other Fantastic-men succeed in retrieving him and proceed to heal him; meanwhile Invincibleboy succeeds in escaping the government officials imprisoning him...
The Fantastic-mansion is besieged by the government officials whom with their machinery and their bred Monsters they send in the mansion battle against the Fantastic-men; with the Fantastic-men battling against the Monsters of the government officials. Naturo and the Fraternity members are also busily occupied in destroying a part of the New York City...
The government officials after their Monsters have been all destroyed by the Fantastic-men, are taken captive by the latter. The Fantastic-men then prepare to go after Naturo and the Fraternity as the latter have damaged a part of Ney York City and are calling to all humanoids to join them...
