The book is laid out in such a way that the most common fraud types I have investigated are highlighted in each of the ten chapters in simple layman’s terms, using real cases as an example. No theory here, just simple stories to show and tell and get you thinking about your company. Each of the ten chapters ends with suggestions for looking at how your company or business can take proper steps to look for and identify a rogue employee within, and institute counter-measures to stop him/her from damaging your enterprise any further. The last chapter lists a terrific resource that you, as a proponent of ethical conduct, can rely upon to assist you in your endeavors to clean up your company’s policies, procedures, ethical conduct, and protection of assets, instead of a rogue employee taking advantage of the holes in your system.
