King Tell succeeded in outlawing all wizardry in his quest to unite the kingdoms of the continent Escavia. A quest he's close to completing. But now a curse rages across the continent, and he has no choice but to seek out the very people he banished.

Proved valorous during the wars, Sir Mordrak finds himself commissioned by the king to investigate the curse and put an end to it. In order to do so, he must track down a wizard and discover the magic wielders' role in the plot. Yet the wizard he finds is not what he expected as ambitions and agendas clash, putting Escavia in even greater peril. In order to save his people, Mordrak must convince the Wizard that the king, and the nation, need him. But does the wizard need a king?

Riven Calyx is a tale of vengeance, romance, and folklore set in a world of swords and sorcery of men, dwarves, elves and fantastic beasts; goblins and other fell beasts..
