To help you better understand how to shift from old limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck, to having powerful beliefs of creation, I’ve created this workbook in sections to use as ‘stepping stones’ to achieve your dreams. The workbook is to be used while reading “Ridiculously Happy! The Secret to Manifesting the Life and Body of Your Dreams”. There are five sections with corresponding chapters. Each exercise is designed to help you better understand the transformational principals taught in an easy-to-follow and comprehendible style.


Some of the exercises have an area in which you can write down your thoughts and feelings. If you have an ebook of this workbook you can use a special notebook dedicated to your exciting new journey to log your thoughts and feelings. Writing down your thoughts and feelings will help ingrain your desires in your subconscious mind.
