The reminders from Heaven in this book are for all of us, no matter whether we consider ourselves religious, spiritual, agnostic, or atheist. They are unconditionally loving and non judgmental. They include insights received by the author through deep meditation, plus inspired passages and quotes from many other sources including the Bible, philosophers, scientists, spiritual authors, and poets. They bring the reader the answers to the big questions in life, purpose, hope, illusive peace of mind, and the truth that sets us free.   Reminders From Heaven started when the author was at the cliff's edge of life suffering from severe depression, anxiety, guilt, fear, daily migraine headaches, addictions, legal and financial problems, worries, bitterness, loneliness, and many other forms of pain. The author definitely was not a saint in his prior actions. From this complete state of despair, barely holding on to any hope, he cried out to God (if He even existed) for help and answers to the many questions we have on earth.   The author asked: God, do you exist? If you do, show me that you are real. If you are real, what kind of God are you? Are you loving, vengeful, or somehow both? Why should I go on living just to experience more pain? Who am I? Why does this life matter? Why do you allow such misery in this world? Is there a Heaven? Where is it? If there is a Heaven, how could You, and all in Heaven, be at peace with the constant pain and suffering here on earth? How can I make it to Heaven? How can I have any peace on earth? What is the mysterious truth that sets us free from all this stress? Will you please take away all this pain?   After continuing to ask, pray, and beg for answers, the truth started to flow through to the author. Starting on December 21, 2012 (not knowing any significance to that day), the author starting writing down the answers to his questions. After continuing a daily practice of prayer, contemplation, meditation, asking for more truth to be revealed, and continuing to write, it became clear that the Holy Spirit was not just answering the author's questions, but was writing a comparative book about Heaven and earth in the process.   As the Holy Spirit continued to bring more truth into the author's awareness, a cleansing started. With the truth came the releasing of the anxiety, headaches, loneliness, despair, addictions, and depression that the author had been experiencing. The pain was replaced by tremendous peace, love, joy, and a sense of oneness with God and all. The truth was setting him free. After 2 1/2 years of deep meditation and writing, the first two volumes of Reminders From Heaven are available for the world to read and ponder for themselves.   Reminders from Heaven is comprised of two volumes. Volume One is Spiritual Awareness. It offers answers to the big questions in life, and leads to awareness of the differences between Heaven and earth, and the Inner Spirit and ego. Volume Two is for those seeking a full Spiritual Awakening -a rebirth into the Kingdom of Heaven.   Both volumes bring tremendous peace and insight into life on earth. They are designed to be your constant companions wherever you go. They are somewhat unique in their style.
