Like many other theoretical scenarios, certain actions and steps are needed in order to weave through the destruction. One family takes it upon themselves to outlive as long as possible. Finding a cure would be a grand notion, but when ones life is hanging in the balance, survival outweighs most ideals. It is mans most basic of instincts- to make it to the next day, free of harm. Release revolves around the concept of not writing an epic drama. The only fighting that should be happening should be directed towards the true threat. Real issues like maintaining weapons and avoiding/ treating injury are far more meaningful. In the end, your foe doesn't care about your feelings, your wants, or desires. They seek the one thing you can only give once Fast pace action, realistic adaption, and a down-to-earth setting lies within the story of Release- the tale of a man and his family navigating the ruin that was once their home.
