Raising Ourselves to the Bar

Raising ourselves to the bar is no easy task. “Upon hearing the title of our book,” the authors said, “One friend replied, ‘You would probably sell more copies if you called it How to Sneak Under the Bar or Avoid It Completely.’” While directing the work in Chile, Elder Jeffrey R. Brad shares what he and his wife tried to do to prepare Russell before his mission, and Russell shares what did or didn't work for him. Finally, the authors have prepared keys for action — specific suggestions that can be completed for, with, and by young people as they prepare.
