Proxy to the Empress

Terzah, Empress of the Onthar Planetary System, spends her days negotiating with the many ambassadors and delegates wishing to join her Alliance. When accord is reached the pacts are sealed with sexual joining, though only through proxy. Xyn, one of the many beautiful substitutes for the Empress, dutifully collects these molecular signatures, until a late night call brings her true duties into perspective.
