This is a different, advanced world.

Zelts, teenage wanderer at the age of sixteen, shuts himself up after his life changed drastically in the past. As he moves from city to city, looking only to sustain himself with bare minimum in order to survive, he stumbles upon a rising evil, a secret society known only as Arrow to the public, who has orchestrated numerous terrorist attacks in the past, striking fear into the hearts of everyone.

To avoid trouble, Zelts only runs away from them. However, his life as a wanderer inevitably leads him to another teenage boy Noir, a member of Knight Hunters, a government agency set up to counter the criminal ways of Arrow. Though reluctant, together the two teenagers solve a hostage situation caused by members of Arrow.

“Would you like to join the Knight Hunters?” offering a hand of friendship, Noir actively asks Zelts to become his comrade.

“No.” Despite saying so himself, Zelts’ heart is already hesitating. The pain in his past, and the subconscious desire to have a friend in his life drive him to something he never thought he would do as he eventually accepts the offer.

As Zelts starts his new life, he is yet to know the magnitude of what he is facing.
