The preface lays out the requirements for splitting the spectrum into usable laser light, the need for bundled wavelength fiber strands, pure huge prisms, perhaps storage of light in capacitors circulating light overnight. Chapter 1 lays the foundation for the prism driven monochromator passing frequencies through tuned slits. It discusses possible ways of using the light, a new kind of tuned resonator to amplify sunlight, old style lasers driven by monochromatic light, and the network created to pick up communication, drop off light at factories and perhaps for lighting and power. Chapter 2 touches on light capacitors. Chapter 3 expresses the desire to negate the negative effects of Nikola Tesla's technology on the planet, and speaks disparagingly of Tesla.
