Pineham

Lennox is marked. A kind of birth mark covers her entire back. She's spent her life hiding it, being ashamed, lying, and being kicked out of good schools. Her new school, Pineham, an all girls' school, is supposed to be a safe haven. But Lennox doesn't feel safe. She feels watched. When one of the girls disappears without a trace, Lennox decides to hunt for the missing girl herself and uncovers a series of crimes. It seems nowhere, and no-one, is safe; and the people she trusts the most, are the ones who have been deceiving her.
