When I was in my 20’s and 30’s, I knew everything. I was bullet proof. When I was in my 40’s, I thought I knew everything. Somewhere in my 50’s, I discovered that I was only beginning to understand the questions. What a journey it has been. I have been fortunate to be able to speak and teach about leadership, performance, self-development and many other topics to thousands of people over the last 25 years. Still I continue to learn. To be a good teacher, you must be a good student first and foremost.
