Jack Wellington a UN Preservationist assigned to help Member States preserve and protect their cultural artifacts from natural disasters, war and criminals. Now he is off to Ecuador to help a museum damaged by an earthquake. He finds there has been looting at the museum and chases the thieves across Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.
