My Old Book Of Rhymes

I was looking through some old folders and I came across old songs that I had written. Some of them where written as far back as 15 years ago. These songs where never even recorded and they probably never will as my rap style has changed and my interests have grown. However I figured it's still valuable as a collector's item so I decided to publish it in written form. I hope you enjoy it.

To sit with us and exchange ideas like the flu/

We have fellowship with Great minds/

I feel like God is pouring his mind in mine/

When I read books that reveal his minds/

I'm so empowered I see the world's mine/

Life belongs to those who love to read books/

If you hate to read, you can't see how you lose/

I love to read, while some people love to sit/

In front of the TV playing VG's all week/

Or watching movies when they not eating chips/

I rather feast on words, on the page, in front of me/
