The purpose of this eBook is to help you propose to management a method to successfully implement a mentorship program. This eBook presents an eight-step guide to implementing a mentorship program in a small company that is geographically separated from corporate headquarters and as such has a lot of autonomy. This eBook will provide information on who should be involved and how and why the mentorship program should be established. In light of the difficulties of developing a successful program, this eBook will also discuss limitations and problems that can occur with this program. There may be difficulties because of the small size of the site and the low number of employees, if E-mentoring is used it is still feasible for it to work by using corporate mentors and not limiting the mentors to those who are local to the company.
