When no other school board will take the bull by the horns, the Secretary of Defense mentions to the President that he has a school system under his control. Suddenly DOD schools in Hawaii, Guantanamo, and Guam are alerted to adopt the program. The Secretary of the Navy tells Guam they’re first and she wants thirty volunteers, you, you, you, and all of you.
