Leadership as Phenomenon of Group

The leader is the person in any group (organization) holding big, recognized authority, having influence which is shown as managing actions. The problem of the phenomenon of leadership occupies mankind already long ago. Many philosophers, sociologists, psychologists and people of other activities devote to this phenomenon the whole works, asking questions and answering not everything from them.
