Knowledge Is Power

Jason Smith is a Creektown boy. He grew up by the mud puddle that is Storther's Creek. Storther's Creek may be a mud puddle, but a lot of water flows underground in Storther's Creek.
Creektown has water rights, to the water that flows under Storther's Creek. However, the towns on either side of Storther's Creek have been illegally using the water and the matter has now come to a lawsuit. The illegal use of the water has been going on for a long time. If a key document exists, the residents of Creektown will have coming about a million dollars per lot.
Jason may have the key document. Since the document is worth at least a million dollars to each resident of Creektown, several ladies need to find out if Jason does indeed have the document.
Jason does have the document, but the ladies need to make sure. Since Jason is a young man, just graduated from college, the ladies know that they have what Jason wants.
Jason plays a clever hand and learns a lot about ladies in the process.
