Kautilya Arthshastra and the Science of Management Relevance for the Contemporary Society

Arthashastra, have been analysed to provide guidancefor organizational management. The findings concludethat Kautilya takes an inside-out approach tomanagement, which is self management first beforemanagement of every other thing, unlike the westernoutside-in approach to management, which focuses inexploring the external world of matter and energy.
