The third step of our journey brings us to Daleth, the path that links Chokmah, the sphere of wisdom to Bimah, the sphere of understanding, the supreme mother. Daleth completes the triangle of the upper three spheres; Kether, Chokmah and Binah. Gimel divides the triangle into two equal right angled triangles.
Daleth is the Empress on the tarot card. As the empress she is mother nature that sits between the third sphere of Binah and the second sphere of Chokmah. The number of daleth as three here is significant for it also relates to the third sphere which is Binah. The third sphere is the planet Saturn, the God is Elohim, which is female, the color of this sphere is black, the day of the week is Saturday, which is the seventh day of the week. “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy”. Says the commandment.

Now here is a hint of why the Jews wear black all the time, in honor of the black female God Elohim connected to their Sabbath on Saturday.
