Oregon Trail Journey After The Civil War, is the story of a southern woman and her older brother, striking out for the West to escape the hardships of the South after the Civil War. Harriet & Gavin’s Story - A woman is kidnapped from her coach while on her way to Southampton to join her mail ordered fiancé in America. Jake & Laura’s Story is about a lonely California rancher who requests a mail order bride, but considers sending her back when she tells him adamantly that she doesn’t want to get married yet -- or ever. Lola & Isaac’s Story - A woman travels to a small town in Nevada to become the bride of a man she hardly knows. She has no idea how he’ll react to her appearance and when he finally arrives outside of the bar where she’s waiting, he is in the shadows. This is a wonderful love story full of love and faith in humanity, and the Lord.
