Being introverted is not always easy, indeed introversion can be a source of stress, discomfort in social situations, or misunderstanding on several levels. Contrary to what we can often think, there are many introverted people, and we find degrees of introversion more or less important. For some people, this is a simple discomfort in some situations, for others, it becomes a real problem. For others, it became a strength because they managed to tame this behavior to make it a strength. Indeed being introverted is in no way a problem, on the contrary there can be many benefits to being introverted, especially when one is able to understand one's temperament and use it positively. I am an introverted person, and I have no problem with it today, simply because I am aware that there is no problem, and that on the contrary it is positive. So, I use this temperament to develop what I could not have been able to develop without this temperament. By getting to know me, by studying how I work, I adapted my life to my temper to do what I wanted.

Become aware of your qualities, and then respect step by step the process of mental well being, resting on a solid foundation. These solid foundations that you will continue to strengthen with the experiences, and this self-confidence that you will not stop developing. Be comfortable in your own skin, become a good speaker and do not hesitate to train. Many situations can be improved simply by training or acquiring skills.

Understand your energy level. It is important to know yourself. This will be one of the keys that will allow you, in addition to the well-being process, to know exactly how to manage your energy level. You will be able to set up your own techniques and habits to always maintain a level of energy where you are. This level of energy so important to live happily.
