A private art collection open to all: this is the ultimate aim of our Fondazione per l’Arte della Cassa di Risparmio di Torino.
For ten years now, intense acquisition operations have made it possible to endow two important museums, Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea and GAM – Galleria Civica d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, with several top-quality works for their permanent collections.
In order to give the public the opportunity to judge the outcome of our work, it has been decided to publish the works in our collection in this catalogue, edited and written by Marcella Beccaria and Elena Volpato, the curators of the two museums, and by all those who, in various ways over the years, have helped achieve this goal.
