If I Knew

Kayla, a beautiful young 23 year old wakes up out of an 8 year coma to find everything has changed. Her parents are older, she’s aged almost a decade and the teenage love of her life is no longer hers. Struggling to get her bearings she is determined to get her life back; starting with Lazado, her first love.
Lazado, who has become a lady’s man and total player is living a life free of worry and full of women, but when Kayla, comes back into his life he’s willing to do whatever it takes to be with her.
Things go well for them, until his past catches up and all of the secrets he was trying to hide come to light and threaten his relationship.
The beautiful conflict of this story is a jaded young man trying to save his relationship from being destroyed by his past indiscretions and find redemption; and a young woman trying to bridge an 8 year gap in her life and find the maturity of a woman, when inside she feels like a 15 year old girl.
