This book is inspired by Jodi’s beloved dog, Indigo. His favorite things included road-trips, kids, sleeping in, Christmas morning, and hot chocolate with whipped cream. A resilient canine warrior, he thrived after two spinal surgeries only to face a leukemia diagnosis at the age of eleven. Despite an intensive chemotherapy regimen and an indomitable spirit, he lost his brave battle against cancer five months later. His spirit lives on, as he taught all of us to live hard and love harder.
