I went to the Philippines in 2004 for a particular reason, and ended up getting emotionally involved with someone entirely unsuitable. It took me a while to wean myself off this girl, but by then I was hooked on Filipina women. So, back in California, I got into Internet dating, and for the next few years, I flew to Manila at least twice a year, for at least a month at a time, looking for that elusive Girl of My Dreams. Not just in Manila, but out in the provinces as well.

I had many incredible and outrageous adventures, so much so I felt it best to change the names of everyone mentioned in this book, including my own, to protect the privacy of the innocent and the guilty alike.

During my quest, I learned the delights and the dangers of online dating with Filipinas. I learned how the game is played. I learned that, with good judgment, common sense, and the right attitude, you too can navigate your way through the process and, like I did, find the perfect partner for yourself. It may take a while, but it will be time well spent. And you won't be bored-—trust me on this. In fact, you may well have the time of your life.

Because Filipina women are worth it. Most of them are a throwback to an earlier age, before there were feminists and metrosexuals. Beautiful, traditional, feminine, they make perfect wives for jaded Western men who long to be respected again as heads of their households. I found one for myself—-the girl on the cover. I tell you my story so you'll be inspired to do the same.

This book is a no-holds-barred memoir. It's also a success guide for other divorced, perhaps cynical Western men-—like I used to be. And it's a loving tribute to my own beautiful Filipina, who changed my life for the better, forever.

What People Are Saying:

"The book is excellent, very well written, witty and honest, and also sexy. It could become the guide, textbook, reference, for men who have been unlucky with their choice of partners."
~E M Bernardo, Filipino expat living in Australia.

"Quite enjoyable and easy to read. I found Marc's thoughts on the Filipino psyche and culture most interesting. It will give his readers an understanding of Filipinos as a people. I have lived in the Philippines my whole life and take these things for granted, but he was right to point out these traits of the Filipino. They are what keep this country running. And the book is indeed a must-read for men who are seriously looking for a Filipina wife, and not just looking for a good time. Although I must say I had a good time reading about Marc's adventures!"
~J G Fábregas, Filipino actor/musician/businessman living in the Philippines.

"Enjoyed the book tremendously! Informative and entertaining. Literally a case of 'could not put it down' once I started."
~N Centenera, Australian expat living in the Philippines.
