The final day of the Cicada Festival and war clouds gather over Broken Meadow. The Hidden Tribe have emerged from their highland stronghold to claim the lake; the Cadet Corp have Parchmond locked under martial law, and in downtown Bridgetown festivities have resumed in the shadow of conflict.

Above the twin spurs of the Skillion, multiple storm fronts converge to hammer Bridgetown with wind and rain and lightning. The waters are rising; the battle lines have been drawn.
