In the United States alone, about 1 in 3 adults suffer from high blood pressure, every year. The condition usually comes without any signs or warnings and a person can be prone to it for years without even knowing about its presence. Knowing your blood pressure numbers is vital, as well as, necessary even if you feel nothing’s going wrong. If your blood pressure is normal, no need to worry, but if it is reaching an abnormal level, you may require treatment.
