Hardman Does Cry

When Ronnie Hardman gives a party, everyone who is anyone is there. When his daughter is kidnapped at the end of the evening, Jo Parker and her friends wonder just what is going on. When the body parts and demands start being delivered Jo figures something is not right and Ronnie is acting strange.
As the body count climbs and the mystery deepens, Jo and Sian, together with Frank and Dean, deem to find the truth behind it all. What they find shocks them to the core. It also goes far deeper than they could imagine. Ronnie Hardman, rock legend, has a lot of skeletons in the cupboard and they are about to fall out. But rocking the world of a superstar is not going to be easy!
Finding a history of abuse and double-dealing, finding Ronnie is very insecure and that killers are on the loose, are only some of the problems they face as they delve into the world of a secret man, revered by his fans and hated by those close to him.
Body parts delivered, a fire and some very unsavoury murders lead to a climax none of them could foretell!
This is book 2 in the ‘Chain’ series. Each is a stand-alone story, it is, therefore, not necessary (although it might be helpful) to read them in order.

Adult murder mystery containing sex and violence. Set in the coastal village of East Wittering, West Sussex, England.
