In each persons heart lies a time or place that has left an indelible mark in their mind or heart, a place where complete happiness lies and where a special person is waiting for them. Genoa Ridge is such a place. Here, as a child, my grandparents took me into their hearts and home for that special time each summer in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains on a large farm sitting on top of Genoa Ridge in Wayne County, West Virginia. It was a childs dream to go and experience all it had to offer.
