Gardens of the Desert

A decade after their father's murder set them on separate life paths, three brothers from Oklahoma deal with alienation from each other and their southern culture as they learn to walk the line between familial duty and social obligation, while ultimately defining themselves as individuals. Written as an apprentice novel for Generation Y, Gardens of the Desert is a retelling of some of the major events that have influenced and continue to influence this generation.
