Future Lead: Leading The Future Now.

There are several ways to predict the future. One of the ways is to simply look at someone’s mentor.

Mentoring doesn’t just happen by itself. Credible leadership are grown through proper mentoring. Mentoring must be intentional if we desire to train another generation of leaders. I have not found yet any better method or key to really use to developing leaders than through mentoring processes enhanced by relationship. Nowleads encompass GREAT privilege, opportunity and responsibility to develop, equip and bless the next generation of leaders so that they will fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.

Individual leader does not have the singular power to change the whole of society, but we all have in us the power to mentor others within our sphere of influence, ministries and/or commission. If all leaders make the effort and take it as a challenge giving our time and energy to develop emerging and credible leaders God will be glorified, the Church and the society at large benefits from it. You as todaylead may not have had the opportunity to be mentored but you can give it to someone as a gift for life and eternity.
