SAWANOI 澤乃井 is a brand name of sake which is made by a company named OZAWA SHUZO 小澤酒造. This brewery is in Tokyo 東京 and easy to access by train.
Sake is made from only rice and is also called Nihonshu. Sake has about 15-17% alcohol. When Japanese people drink sake, they usually drink it straight. It is typically sipped in Ochoko (a small sake cup) or in a glass.
