The Expedition Force has been sanctioned to eliminate the crime cartels of North America. The cartels have been warned to cease and desist their criminal activities or face annihilation. Most ignore the order. Tru Jackson recruits female Lizzies from the alien troopers he once defeated. He aims to create a Brigade of assassins and Special Forces troopers from this alien race. The Lizzies have the form of a human but are descended from reptiles. The cold-blooded females become experts in the martial arts of Earth, they are naturally equipped with steel like fingers that end with talons not fingernails. Their Karate strikes are deadly. Sex has always meant only reproduction to both the female and male Lizzie population and passion never entered into their home life. The female recruits have discovered Earth porn and begin to wonder about having a sexual relationship with a warm-blood. Tru Jackson falls under the sexual, lustful, spell of the beautiful Lizzie female assassin, Msssst. However, his beautiful wife Dr. Mei Li finds out immediately and has a 'talk' with her husband's lover.

A major marijuana grower in Northern California has made a terrible blunder. His enforcers murdered a reporter and wife, then dumped the bodies and Jeep into the Pacific. The victims and their Jeep failed to wash out to sea and the reporter is now being mourned by Jim Johnson a member of the Expedition Force. Officer Johnson asks Supreme Commander Jackson's permission to assemble a Killer Squad composed of six KyTa Bigfoot Battalion members and six humans from the Expedition Force Special Forces to hunt down the killers of his friend and fellow Vietnam veteran Dan Roberts. Dan had been about to publish an expose about Northern California's reliance on drug money and it's effect on the local small town economies. He and his wife were then brutally murdered by shotgun blasts before his report could be published. All Hell is about to be visited upon the growers as a Killer Squad is set loose.
