The Coalition of Grakis Major has a long-standing custom of inviting League volunteers to help monitor and collect data for its elections. Now, though, its economy is near-disaster and only getting worse. Micah Stone and his team are assigned to assist a candidate who may just be able to change things. After a few suspicious incidents, the team begins to suspect more than meets the eye.
