Kristal enjoys the perks of being the baby sister of a brother whom is a drug baron that distributes cocaine and heroin in Elmwood, New York. She has a night club, hair salon and a nail salon courtesy of drug money. Her two childhood best friends, Khloe and Dey Dey, work for her brother, Eric. But someone within her circle of friends are keeping a secret that could shake up everything that her brother has built. Original is a drug czar that distributes heroin and cocaine, and wants to desperately leave the drug game behind, but not everyone around him wants Original out of the game. His best friend, Chavez, has a temper that Original has to keep in line. Original works for Elmwood's top drug kingpin, Rome Nichols, and has to find ways to appease his employer when things come crashing down with Original's crew.
